No additional $50 administration fee will be deducted from these amounts.\n\n\n\nNotice of cancellation must be received before the entrant’s first affected scheduled ride. Supporting documentation must be submitted within seven days after the event.\n\n\n\nCredits must be used within 12 months of the cancelled event and are nontransferable.\n\n\n\nCancellations after the deadline without supporting documentation\, and no-shows\, are not eligible for a refund or credit.\n\n\n\n\nPrivate lessons \n\n\n\n\nPrivate lessons\, including Friday lessons\, may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled lesson time for a full refund or transfer of payment.\n\n\n\nCancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will be charged the full lesson fee.\n\n\n\n\nLate entries \n\n\n\n\nRegistration closes at noon Thursday before the event.\n\n\n\nEntries received after closing may be accepted at management’s discretion\, subject to availability and a $25 late entry fee per horse/rider entry.\n\n\n\nLate entries must be complete and paid before being added to the schedule.\n\n\n\nAcceptance is not guaranteed. Late entries will be placed within the existing schedule where competition rules permit and may be declined if they would substantially disrupt the published order of go.\n\n\n\n\nCancellations by SROC \n\n\n\nIf SROC cancels an event or private lesson before it begins\, fees paid for the cancelled activity will be refunded in full\, including applicable administration and late entry fees. If an event is stopped after it begins\, refunds or credits will be based on the portion that could not be provided. \n\n\n\nSubmitting a cancellation \n\n\n\nCancellations must be submitted in writing by email or text to the event contact listed on the registration form.
